Spanning over 107 acres along the Gomti River in posh Gomti Nagar, the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Samajik Parivartan Prateek Sthal is one of contemporary India's most monumental architectural landmarks, carved out of red sandstone quarried from Rajasthan's Mirzapur and Dholpur.
A Cinematic Symphony of Stone & Water
The park is famous for its grand avenue of 124 colossal hand-carved stone elephants guarding the central plaza. As dusk settles, warm halogen and LED uplights illuminate the red sandstone colonnades and reflections in the surrounding moat, making it a favorite shooting location for Bollywood cinema and evening strolls.
